About the Role
Are you passionate about design, animation, and visual storytelling? We are looking for a Graphic and Animation Designer at junior or internship level to help shape how we communicate technology, from the boardroom to the technology floor. In this role, you will transform complex engineering concepts and technical frameworks into clear, engaging visuals that different audiences can quickly understand.
You'll play a key part in crafting explainer videos, animations, and graphics that bridge the gap between our engineers and the wider organization ensuring that even the most technical ideas resonate with C-level executives, managers, and team members alike.
Whether you're just starting out or looking to build on your experience, this is an exciting opportunity to influence how technology stories are told across all levels of the business.
What You’ll Do
- Visual Storytelling: Turn technical solutions into visually engaging graphics and animations.
- Motion Graphics & Animation: Create animated explainer videos, infographics, and diagrams.
- Collaboration: Work with product and technical teams to design creative materials.
- Presentation Design: Design high-impact visuals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Visual Library: Help build a library of reusable design assets for future projects.
What You’ll Need
- Educational Background: Studying or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Experience or strong interest in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), motion graphics, and 2D/3D animation tools.
- Presentation Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint for visual storytelling.
- Creative Thinking: Passion for visual communication and simplifying complex ideas.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and experiment with new ideas.
- Portfolio: A portfolio or examples of previous design, animation, motion graphics, or visual storytelling work would be a strong advantage.
