As an Azure+Databricks+Snowflake Engineering Manager, you will lead the charge in transforming data landscapes within our Data and Analytics Engineering group. You will be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge data solutions that empower businesses to make informed decisions. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, you will collaborate with a diverse team to drive data modernization initiatives, leveraging your skills to deliver impactful results.

As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. You will guide your team through complex challenges, utilizing strategic planning and project management skills to deliver on client expectations. Your leadership will be instrumental in cultivating meaningful client relationships and navigating the complexities of data engineering projects. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

- Leading the design and implementation of data engineering solutions using Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake platforms - Managing data integration and transformation processes to support client data modernization initiatives - Developing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows to enhance data quality and accessibility - Overseeing the deployment and maintenance of data infrastructure, confirming scalability and performance - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives - Implementing data security best practices and validating data integrity across platforms - Coaching and mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and development - Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex data challenges and drive innovation in data engineering solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 8 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics - Demonstrating proficiency in Azure Data Factory and Databricks - Utilizing Snowflake Data Warehouse for advanced data solutions - Managing data engineering projects with Agile methodologies - Excelling in database optimization and performance tuning - Leading teams in data architecture development and integration - Embracing change and innovation in data modernization initiatives
