The ideal candidate is results-driven and skilled at collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, bringing outstanding communication skills alongside agile problem-solving and deep analytical capability. They are able to remove barriers to execution and are not afraid to challenge the status quo, while working closely with subsidiaries to support customer needs. A strong commercial mindset and a hands-on approach round out the profile.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Be the owner of the Lyreco Group's GHG accounting calculation, product carbon footprint and decarbonization roadmap
- Manage the annual GHG accounting process across Scopes 1, 2, and 3, ensuring data collection, consolidation, and calculation are aligned with the GHG Protocol methodology, and manage the verification process with a 3rd party audit firm. Coordinate with local subsidiaries to track decarbonization activities year over year.
- Lead the project of estimating Lyreco's Product Carbon Footprint, including managing group product calculations with a 3rd party LCA expert, supporting and coordinating with local subsidiaries to upskill local product calculation and results, reviewing quality control, and ensuring all results and reports are stored in the PIM and shared locations
- Ensure that all actions are taken to account for and reduce GHG emissions across all scopes, including supplier engagement and customer communication
YOUR PROFILE :
- You can justify 2 years' experience in GHG accounting (GHG Protocol standard methodology and/or ISO 14064, and ISO 14040 on LCAs)
- You have a Master's degree in Corporate Social Responsibility Management, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field, plus 7 years of working experience.
- You have knowledge of PCF/LCA tools or databases — a plus
- You have solid 5 years’ project management experience, able to manage multi-stakeholder projects with tight deadlines
- You are straight to the point, with a talent for simplifying complex topicsYou are resilient and draw energy from achieving big things, no matter how difficult the journey
- You can pitch and convince different audiences (customers, employees, shareholders)
- You are comfortable working across different countries and cultures, adapting your approach accordingly
- You work autonomously while staying accountable, keeping stakeholders informed and owning your outcomes
- Fluent in English and French
