What will you do?

  • As a Regional Manager, Project Execution, you oversee customer projects of varying complexity, encompassing both capital (Capex) and operational (Opex) expenditures.
  • Lead both local and global teams managing mono-technology and multi-system integration projects.
  • Involves conducting risk assessments, identifying opportunities, and fostering strong customer relationships to ensure exceptional project outcomes.
  • Maintain internal reporting standards, manage stakeholders, and ensure compliance with quality processes.
  • Focus on optimizing project execution efficiency while maintaining delivery quality.
  • Your mission is to deliver successful projects that align with customer expectations and organizational goals.
  • Your impact is seen through enhanced project outcomes, increased customer satisfaction, and improved operational efficiency across projects.
  • As an individual contributor, you focus on executing operational and business strategies within project management.
  • Spend most of your time designing and implementing non-technical processes and programs, utilizing your professional judgment and autonomy to drive results.
  • Recognized as an expert in project execution, directly influencing the achievement of operational results across a broader scope.
  • Handle moderately complex matters and demonstrate deep expertise in project management, supported by a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Regularly exercise independent judgment to solve moderately complex issues, particularly in ambiguous situations.
  • Guide, review, and delegate tasks to others, often serving as the project lead on medium to large projects.

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Mechanical, Electrical, or an equivalent Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ work experience as a project management
  • PMI PMP Certification or an equivalent
  • Experience with Smartsheet and Microsoft Project (or similar) a plus.
  • A history of delivering high-profile projects with successful outcomes for both the Client and Company
  • A background in managing the delivery of Substantial Electrical Infrastructure Data Centers being a big plus
