Who is the Product Manager at XTB?

• You are responsible for the shape of the product: the vision for the future and the selection of KPIs that correspond to the KPIs of the area and the company.

• Key Responsibilities: Building a development strategy for the accounting system through close cooperation between the team and the accounting area; prioritizing the implementation of functionalities; finding a compromise between usability and system performance; analyzing data quality and data availability time using dedicated dashboards.

• The accuracy of data and processes is the most important thing for you - you look at processes, analyze how they can be automated and accelerated without compromising their quality.

• You are responsible for operationalizing the product vision: you translate visions into specific steps and tasks for the development team.

• You are responsible for cooperation with internal stakeholders such as the finance department (accounting, tax), risk department, and trading: you coordinate activities so that the product can be launched on time.

• You are the owner of internal systems and solutions that influence the effective and efficient work of business teams in the company.

Requirements Day-to-Day Execution

• Translate product direction from leadership into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Own the backlog — groom, prioritize, and keep it clean and up to date

• Ensure features are delivered on time, on scope, and on quality

• Be the connective tissue between engineering, design, compliance, marketing, and ops

Product Quality & Iteration

• Track key product metrics post-launch and drive fast iteration based on data and user feedback

• Conduct user interviews, gather feedback, and identify friction points in the product

• Proactively raise issues, bugs, and gaps

Lightweight Strategy Contribution

• Contribute to roadmap discussions with structured input on effort, priority, and tradeoffs

• Do market and competitor research when needed to inform product decisions

• Over time, take on more ownership of roadmap and strategy as the product function matures

Process Building

• Help establish the foundational PM processes at XTB Indonesia — templates, workflows, rituals

• Document product decisions, specs, and learnings so knowledge doesn't live only in people's heads

Stakeholder Communication

• Keep internal stakeholders informed on progress, blockers, and changes — proactively

• Work with the global team (international HQ) on product alignment where relevant

• Flag compliance and regulatory implications (OJK, BAPPEBTI, BI) of new features early, in coordination with the compliance team
