What Will You Be Doing?
The Senior Program Manager, Commercial Technology Solutions Delivery leads the planning, governance, execution, and successful delivery of strategic commercial technology initiatives across the organization. This role bridges business stakeholders, technology teams, and executive leadership to ensure commercial programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
Essential Functions
- Lead strategic commercial technology programs and initiatives spanning Web, Mobile, and NDC; establish program governance structures, steering committees, executive reviews, and stakeholder communications. 25%
- Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans that align project milestones, dependencies, resource allocations, risks, issues, and business outcomes across multiple workstreams. 20%
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology solutions from planning and requirements through deployment and adoption, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technology execution. 20%
- Provide leadership and oversight to offshore Scrum Masters and Agile delivery teams, including consistent Agile practices, ceremonies, sprint execution, backlog refinement, impediment removal, and delivery reporting. 15%
- Consolidate sprint-level metrics into program-level reporting and executive dashboards; translate Agile delivery progress into milestone-based status updates for senior leadership. 10%
- Partner with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering Leaders, Business Sponsors, and external partners to define delivery roadmaps, success metrics, escalation paths, and key decisions. 10%

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project management and Agile delivery functions.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics for project and sprint delivery effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, transparency, and operational excellence.
- Build scalable delivery processes that support organizational growth and increasing project complexity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field required.
- 8+ years of experience leading technology delivery, project management, program management, or PMO functions required.
- 3+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial technology initiatives required.
- Experience leading global or offshore delivery teams required.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery methodologies required.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar project management and Agile tools required.
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification preferred.
- Experience supporting Commercial Operations, Sales Technology, or digital transformation initiatives preferred.
- Experience managing portfolios of medium-to-large scale technology projects, including $1M+ budgets and/or multiple teams, preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate sprint execution into program-level progress, executive dashboards, and milestone achievement reporting.
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, budget, quality, and resource management capabilities.
- Ability to coach Scrum Masters and delivery leads on Agile methodologies, delivery execution, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to facilitate alignment across distributed global teams and optimize team capacity, resource planning, and delivery performance.
- Familiarity with KPI development, delivery analytics, and executive reporting frameworks.

Salary Range: $110,114 - $146,157 - Please note: this role will close on or before 10/31/26.
