What You Will Do
Nissha Medical Technologies is looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Product Marketing team. This position is responsible for product planning and marketing initiatives of our patient monitoring medical products including product development lifecycle management, clinical and market research, customer and sales channel support, product performance reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This role helps ensure internal teams, sales channels, and customers receive timely and accurate product information to ensure all customer satisfaction expectations are met and in line with company strategy and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to develop and improve new and existing product lines based on market and customer insights.
- Support product lifecycle activities from strategic planning through tactical execution in collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Customer Service, Sales, and Corporate Marketing.
- Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to meet timelines for new product development, market release deadlines, and customer inquiries.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of assigned products, clinical applications, competitive products, market dynamics, industry trends, customer quality issues, and competitor activity to support product recommendations, technical analysis, and customer-facing information.
- Track and report product performance metrics, sales trends, customer activity, and inventory information to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Participate in forecasting, budget development, sales forecasting, and business planning by analyzing data and communicating product performance, trends, and business implications.
- Monitor product line profitability and participate in cost-reduction and market pricing initiatives.
- Provide product training to internal staff and customers, including feature/benefit opportunities and competitive comparisons.
- Assist with customer requests by providing accurate product information, sharing competitive insights and product quality feedback, supporting training needs, and coordinating responses with appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Support marketing strategies, product positioning, and messaging across various sales channels through the development and maintenance of marketing materials, including FAQs, product notes, user guides, training materials, and demonstrations.
- Work extensively with sales representatives in their assigned territories to support product sales, provide training, and gather customer and market feedback.
- Participate in formal presentations on assigned product lines for management groups and during Sales and Marketing meetings.
- Attend trade shows and conduct product demonstrations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
Core Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (sales, marketing, business, etc.)
- Experience in Marketing/Product Management role
- May require up to 20% Travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to gather, organize, and interpret data from multiple sources to support product and market decisions
- Proficiency in analyzing sales trends, customer activity, product performance, and market data to identify insights and opportunities
- Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet tools, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data summaries
- Demonstrated project management ability
- Ability to effectively interface with both internal and external customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Demonstrated strong business acumen with the leadership and functional ability to define and implement marketing plans
- Proven ability to develop, communicate, and create buy-in around business strategies
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Knowledge of Electronic Contact Management systems
- Knowledge of financial concepts including budgeting, forecasting, etc.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $62,500– $75,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
