CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an Employee-Owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking an RFMSS Scheduler / Functional Administrator to support the National Training Center Range Operations and Maintenance contract. The position administers, maintains, and operates the current version of RFMSS; schedules and de-conflicts range and training-area use; allocates resources subject to Government approval; maintains standardized system data; supports users; and produces required utilization, scheduling, and administrative reports.
The base salary for this position is $75,000 to $79,000 depending on experience.
Tasks include:
- Perform duties as the installation RFMSS administrator and maintain and operate the current version of RFMSS.
- Use RFMSS to document the control and use of training facilities and required preventive maintenance.
- Schedule planned training and administrative events in accordance with G3 priorities and allocate resources subject to Government approval.
- Conduct quarterly range and training-land in-progress reviews; lock in user requests as directed and de-conflict previously scheduled resources when guidance changes.
- Produce and distribute the daily electronic range and training bulletin; produce and distribute hard-copy bulletins during system outages.
- Provide bi-weekly training bulletin updates to the Training Support Division Chief.
- Train new Government RFMSS users and provide user manuals as needed.
- Implement Government-provided RFMSS updates and data-entry guidance within three working days.
- Notify the Range Officer and OSCOR of RFMSS failures within two hours; continue operations using hard-copy procedures and upload all information after restoration.
- Conduct quarterly data scrubs, maintain standardized data, respond to internal and external RFMSS data inquiries, and produce utilization and annual range operating/repair cost reports.
