Job Description
1. Data Audit & Governance
- Support the Regional Auditor in executing internal audits across sites.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process integrity across sites.
- Maintain clear documentation and governance of automation tools, data flow, and audit processes.
2. Process Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Design and implement automation workflows that streamline data collection, reporting, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Commercial, Finance) to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Partner with the ELS team to deliver and sustain regional improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards (OEE, scrap, downtime, delivery).
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (using tools like Power BI, or Looker) that provide real-time clarity on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support leaders in using KPI data for decision-making.
3. Metrics & Performance Analysis
- Drive initiatives that enhance data transparency and system efficiency across the organization.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and respond to special requests from management to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or College degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written, in English.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the manufacturing or production industry.
- Familiarity with Google APIs and Power Query is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Google Data Studio, BigQuery
- Proven experience in process automation, data analytics, or workflow optimization.
- Willingness to travel internationally (e.g., Cambodia, Indonesia) to support audit and improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
