The Analyst, Enterprise Analytics provides data analysis, reporting, and insights support for clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders across UVM Health. Analysts are assigned to a specific domain area, which may include ambulatory care, inpatient operations, quality and patient safety, perioperative/surgical services, procedural specialties, emergency department, revenue cycle, population health, or other service lines. The Analyst partners with teams to understand data needs and delivers findings using Epic Cogito tools, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools, SQL, PowerPoint, and Excel in a format that supports informed decision-making.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Public Health, Business Analytics, or related field required.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence function.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience with Epic (or another EHR) reporting tools preferred.
  • Experience working in agile product delivery preferred.
