Senior Project Manager

In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.

What You Will Do

• Lead complex global and cross-functional projects from initiation through successful delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.

• Translate strategic business priorities into structured project roadmaps, managing risks, dependencies, governance, and change throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, execution excellence, and successful adoption of project outcomes.

• Monitor project performance, provide executive-level reporting, and ensure compliance with Group PMO standards, governance, and project management methodologies.

• Drive continuous improvement by supporting the evolution of the Group PMO framework, promoting best practices, standardized reporting, and a strong project governance culture.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, with at least five years of senior-level project management experience.

• Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional, or multi-site projects within international and matrix organizations.

• Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, governance, change control, and waterfall or hybrid project management methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.

• PMP certification (or equivalent) and experience with SAP, enterprise systems, or project management tools will be an added advantage
