If your idea of a good week is a pipeline that deploys itself and an alert that fires before anyone notices, this is your role.
You will streamline application delivery for a NATO service oriented architecture and identity team in Belgium, sitting between the developers and the platform.
What you will be doing
- Designing, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that fully automate testing, integration and delivery
- Provisioning and managing hybrid infrastructure on-premises and in cloud, using Infrastructure as Code
- Administering container orchestration platforms and onboarding applications into production with the dev teams
- Building the monitoring, logging and alerting that keeps the platform honest
- Embedding security and compliance controls into the pipelines and infrastructure configuration, not bolting them on
- Troubleshooting complex integration and deployment problems across agile delivery teams
What you will need
- Three to five years hands-on in DevOps or automated platform management
- Strong CI/CD, GitOps, pipeline automation and version control with GitLab, ArgoCD or Jenkins
- Real container work: Kubernetes, Rancher, RKE2, Docker
- Infrastructure as Code in practice: Terraform for provisioning, Ansible for configuration
- Hybrid estate experience across VMware and a major cloud, Azure, AWS or GCP
- Scripting in Bash or Python
