Techno-Functional Manager

Experience - 14+ Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a Techno-Functional Manager with experience in technology and financial services. The role requires working closely with business stakeholders, understanding requirements, and collaborating with technology teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams.

• Support solution design, development, testing, and implementation.

• Manage project delivery, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

• Collaborate with development teams on application enhancements and integrations.

Required Skills

Functional

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience in business analysis and requirement gathering.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

• Ability to create business and functional documentation.

Technical

• Working knowledge of Java-based applications.

• Basic understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and SDLC processes.

• Understanding of SQL and data analysis concepts.

Domain

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Capital Markets, Risk, or Compliance.

• Understanding of financial products, workflows, or regulatory processes is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.

• 14+ years of experience in techno-functional or business technology roles.
