About the Job
Job Function & Skills
You will be responsible for developing, managing, and continuously improving learning products and curriculum in IT Systems Management. This includes designing industry-relevant learning content covering areas such as on-premises infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and IT service management.
You will work closely with subject matter experts, learning designers, academic teams, and external content development partners to ensure that learning products are relevant, practical, and aligned with industry and education frameworks.
Team Structure
Reporting to the relevant business or product leadership, you will work closely with learning designers, subject matter experts, faculty, content development vendors, and industry partners to develop and deliver high-quality learning products across different geographies.
Job Mission
You will lead the development and continuous improvement of IT Systems Management learning products that equip learners with practical, industry-relevant skills. You will ensure that curriculum and learning content remain current with evolving technologies, industry requirements, and relevant education frameworks.

Job Prerequisite
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology,
Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a
related field is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Systems
Management, including areas such as on-premises servers, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering or
training Microsoft courses, Project Management, ITIL, or related technical programmes.
- Microsoft Azure certification is required.
- AWS certification is preferred.
- Experience in curriculum development, content
development, or learning design is preferred.
- Familiarity with university education
frameworks and academic requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder
management skills.
- Comfortable delivering training and supporting
learners across different geographies through online learning platforms.
