Responsible for providing technical support for contracts, bids, opportunities, projects, and other activities in which OIC Brazil is involved or participating  

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:  

• Developing and testing for the selection of demulsifier products, clarifiers, paraffin inhibitors, asphaltene treatments, scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, biocides, and others used for water and crude oil treatment.
• Conducting laboratory tests required for preparing proposals and technical recommendations for chemical products used in crude oil, water, and gas treatment.
• Preparing technical reports and proposals for contracts, bids, opportunities, or projects.
• Leading technical presentations to clients, in workshops or training sessions
• Generating case histories and technical papers.

To be successful in this role you will:  

• Have higher education from an accredited college
• Have experience in technical support and in laboratory tests
• Be able to demonstrate oral and written communication skills.
• Be able to demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to work independently, demonstrate the ability to problem solve and identify solutions.
