Job Overview This role guides the business through analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to support informed decision-making. It manages the design and development of reporting structures and interfaces for standardized cross-functional reports. The role differentiates by creating customer-centric solutions using data analysis, business acumen, creativity, and effective communication. Success is measured by the ability to deliver actionable insights and clear data visualizations to diverse audiences including leadership and finance. The work impacts organizational performance by improving customer experience and enabling strategic business initiatives through data-driven insights.
Job Responsibilities:• Support analytic needs by integrating data from multiple sources to inform business strategies
- Create comprehensive dashboards combining diverse data sets for senior management presentations
- Lead insight generation from data to develop strategies enhancing customer experience and business performance
- Engage early in enterprise projects to define and incorporate reporting requirements into system design
- Analyze sales, call center, partner, and financial performance to support operational decision-making
- Present analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management through verbal and written communication
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Business, Statistics or similar degree (Required)
- 4-7 years Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g.Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion, etc.). (Required)
- 4-7 years Experience in reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau; PowerBI) (Required)
- 4-7 years Experience in advanced analytics, which include SQL/ETL of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research. (Required)

Base Pay Range: $99,600 - $179,700
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
