DKSH are now hiring an Assistant Product Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies and programs to achieve both financial and non-financial goals of the business.

General Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies for the product line and execute marketing programs to achieve the agreed goal, both financial and non-financial, for Hong Kong
  • Manage internal processes (approvals, workflows, reporting cadence) and track product performance, customer feedback, and campaign results
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities
  • Manageday-to-day product operations, develop forecast and manage stock inventory
  • A&P management and budget control of assigned projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams in order to ensure marketing programs are executed smoothly
  • Act as a key point of contact between product, marketing, and other business units
  • Develop and engage KOLs in relevant therapeutic areas
  • Develop product materials and conduct product trainings for sales team
  • Initiate and develop business from existing and new clients through rapport communication and regular business reviews with clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to fulfill need for business growth
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across internal teams and external partners

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Science, Biochemistry or Medical related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ sales and marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Highly self-driven and good leading skills to achieve goals
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
