SentinelOne is seeking a Sr. Manager of Solution Engineering, Enterprise to be responsible for managing a team of Solution Engineers aligned to the Strategic vertical in the Central US Region.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Manage a team of solutions engineers for the Central US region.
  • Motivate and lead a high-performing technical team while partnering with customers, business development, and leadership.
  • Solve complex problems in ambiguous situations while building solutions addressing diverse concerns.
  • Implementation and management of an effective SE Strategy.
  • Build strong, productive relationships with your prospects, customers, team and more.
  • Recruit and onboard new customers while focusing on growing new business opportunities.
  • Provide roadmap and strategic discussions with customers and prospects

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • All candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • A master's degree in computer science/engineering or MBA is highly preferred.
  • To be considered for this role, candidates must have 10+ years of increasing experience and responsibility in a solution engineering environment.
  • Strong project management experience is required.
  • Candidates must be viewed as technical visionaries and demonstrate their success in innovating solutions for strategic customers.
  • Candidates should have intellectual curiosity, be a good listener, be willing to adopt new perspectives, and be able to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • An ability to build a strategic plan and deliver expected results on budget and on time is important.
  • Ability to prioritize engagement and support in line with the Division’s strategic focus is necessary.
  • Candidates should be prepared to explain their vision for a high functioning solution engineering team and how to effectively implement that vision and ensure results.
  • Finally, all candidates must demonstrate strong oral and written communication as well as an ability to persuade others to a particular point of view.

This U.S. role has a base pay range plus commissions that will vary based on the location of the candidate. The range posted here is the on-target earnings (OTE) for this position, inclusive of base salary and commissions. For some locations, a different pay range may apply.
