Your OpportunityWe’re hiring an experienced Product Manager to drive key parts of our Administration area, the account, team, permissions, and configuration layer our customers rely on every day, plus the compliance and regulatory capabilities that let them operate legally across MENA markets. You’ll take clear ownership of a defined set of products within this area from day one, and you’ll have room to grow your remit as you prove yourself.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the intersection of product, engineering, compliance, and our revenue teams. You’ll partner closely with the squad lead and, given your experience, be trusted to run significant areas independently. Much of the work is turning operational and market requirements into clear, shippable product, so you’ll be equally comfortable digging into a new market’s requirements and writing a crisp and clear requirements for the squad.

- You’ll work day-to-day with: Engineering, UX/UI (Design), Compliance, Legal, Finance, and the Revenue teams (Support, Success, Sales).

Your Top Responsibilities • The administration layer. Take clear ownership of account, team, roles and permissions, and configuration surfaces, the backbone that, when done well, makes Maqsam feel effortless to run. Outcome: measurable drop in admin-related friction and support load.
- Regulatory & market-readiness features. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to turn regional and market requirements (e.g. business verification, identity, and reporting needs across MENA markets) into prioritised, well-specified product, so Maqsam’s product expands cleanly into new markets and the customer experience stays simple.
- Cross-team leadership. Act as the lead product point of contact across Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and Revenue, aligning stakeholders, protecting engineering focus, and keeping the roadmap honest under changing priorities. Outcome: fast, clean resolutions instead of fire-drills.
- Product source-of-truth. Establish and maintain the product documentation for your area so the team has a reliable reference for how it actually works. Outcome: a maintained source of truth others can rely on.
- Evidence-led discovery. Talk to users, use our analytics, and bring evidence, not just requests, into what we build next.
We expect from you• 4+ years in B2B product management (SaaS or software), with a strong track record of shipping and owning meaningful product areas independently.
- Advanced stakeholder management across technical and non-technical partners; you build alignment and lead without authority.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
- Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities, you create structure and order without waiting for it.
- Technical fluency; you collaborate closely and credibly with engineers.
- Data-literate, you think analytically and you are data driven.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for outcomes; genuine curiosity and drive to learn.
- LLM/AI experience/ familiarity.
Nice to have• Telecom / CPaaS / CCaaS / contact-centre domain background.
- Exposure to AI-powered product features (a growing bet across Maqsam).
- Experience building or maintaining integrations / public APIs.
- Experience with legal and compliance product scope.
- Story telling communication
