Senior Full-Stack Developer — .NET & React

Join B2Tech’s rapidly growing Gaming team as a Senior Full-Stack Developer. You’ll work with modern technologies to build large-scale, high-impact products used across the global gaming industry.

In this hands-on role, you’ll develop robust backend services with C# and .NET while creating responsive, consumer-facing applications with React. Experience with Angular is an advantage.

You’ll collaborate with product, design, BI, and engineering teams, integrate with some of the world’s largest casino providers, and contribute to architectural decisions across the entire software lifecycle.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software systems.

• Build robust backend services and APIs using C# and .NET.

• Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.

• Participate in the scoping, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of new features.

• Plan and maintain a reliable, secure, and high-performance distributed platform.

• Integrate with external gaming and casino providers.

• Take an active role in architecture discussions, design sessions, and code reviews.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, BI specialists, and fellow engineers.

• Diagnose and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability challenges.

• Improve engineering standards, development processes, and system quality.

• Evaluate and adopt the technologies best suited to each technical challenge.

• Mentor team members and help elevate engineering quality across the organization.

Our Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.

• At least 3 years of hands-on backend development using C# and .NET.

• Strong frontend development experience with React.

• Solid knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including schema design, queries, and stored procedures.

• Good understanding of distributed-system architecture, including stateless services, caching, scalability, resilience, and service-based design.

• Experience developing and deploying applications in public cloud environments, preferably AWS.

• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized applications.

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

• Familiarity with Agile development practices and test-driven development.

• Proven ability to identify and resolve application and system performance issues.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• A proactive, innovative, and results-oriented mindset.
