Based in our Vietnam delivery center, the Claude Cowork & Senior QA Specialist works with the Executive team across Australia, Vietnam & London to identify, define, prototype, and continuously improve AI-enabled workflows for executive operations, decision-making, and information synthesis.

This role connects executive stakeholders, operations teams, and AI technology—turning business priorities into practical, AI-supported processes and agent workflows. You’ll deliver high-impact use cases, define requirements, validate outcomes, and iterate to create measurable value.

Depending on business needs, you may also take on delivery responsibilities as a Technical Business Analyst or Principal QA Engineer.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Supporting the CEO and Executive team to build and adopt Claude Cowork solutions that improve productivity, decision preparation, communications, and follow-up workflows.

• Designing and validating AI cowork workflows that provide concise insights, clear recommendations, and action-ready outputs.

• Using structured harness, graph, and loop engineering with human review and executive feedback to improve accuracy, confidentiality, and adoption.

• Monitoring emerging Claude Cowork usage patterns and recommending targeted improvements for GBST’s executives.

• Leading/principal QA, including test strategy, planning, allocation, tracking, and reporting across allocated projects.

We’re looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Lead/Principal QA Engineer in Agile and AI-enabled software delivery environments. You will have experience in test strategy, QA, test automation, requirements analysis, defect management, and validating complex business and technology solutions across the software delivery lifecycle. Most importantly, you will have hands-on AI and automation experience using AI platforms (preferably Claude, Amazon Q, or Copilot) to support workflow design, AI-assisted analysis, and building AI solutions, including: AI working environments (Harness), Workflow structures (Graph), Validation and feedback mechanisms (Loop).
