What you'll do in the role: - Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions. - Own the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) of Identity and Access Management applications and services - Design, develop and maintain backend and frontend components using Java and Angular - Work with commercial off the shelf IAM products and integrate them with the incumbent CIAM stack - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop secure, reliable and high-performing systems. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable frequent, low-risk, incremental releases to production. - Write well structured, maintainable, documented code - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Elevate the service level and security capabilities of the Customer Identity and Access Management ecosystem. {D Part 2: Scope of Role What you'll bring pre-set content based on tier framework + role-specific bullets}

What you'll bring to the role: - Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives. - Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines. - Front-end experience (Angular, React) is a plus - Familiarity with AAA security framework, CIA triad - Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle - Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery solutions - Knowledge of IAM standards, OAuth OpenID Connect, Open Policy Agent are an advantage - Experience with Identity Provider and Identity as a Service (IDaaS) solutions e.g. PingFederate, EntraID, Okta is a plus. - At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
