Service Center

CSCS TXESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Develop and implement technology-driven strategies to drive improved performance in our collision repair centers.  This will include improving repair order accuracy and parts procurement efficiency.
  • Partner with Central Operations to define business needs, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Lead product selection and implementation for AI-powered Guided AI Agents, automation tools, and analytics solutions to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with application engineering, IT business analysis, IT architecture, IT infrastructure, data, procurement, and operational teams to develop and deploy technology solutions.
  • Ensure projects align with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, key performance metrics, and customer feedback.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and partners, conducting performance assessments and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong understanding of process optimization in operations and supply chain environments.
  • Expertise in AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and machine learning applications.
  • Knowledge of ERP, supply chain management, and parts procurement software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to align stakeholders and drive adoption.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and digital transformation initiatives.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager leading process improvement initiative in operations, logistics, or supply chain technology.
  • Experience in the automotive, repair, or aftermarket services industry is a plus.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSURES, AND LANGUAGE SKILLS (If needed):

  • Certifications such as PMP, CSPO, ITIL, or equivalent experience preferred.
