Senior Manager – Product Terminals

What you’ll deliver
•You’ll define, own, and deliver technology roadmaps that support operational excellence at DXB and DWC.
•You’ll translate operational and business requirements into robust system specifications and delivery plans.
•You’ll lead cross-functional projects ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms and processes.
•You’ll act as a single point of contact, nurture relationship with senior leadership, internal and external stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.
•You’ll drive innovation in digital capabilities that enhance passenger experience and operational efficiency.
•You’ll ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, security and other Business Technology standards while managing budgets effectively.
•You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
What you bring
•You’ll be educated to a bachelor’s degree in computer science/ computer engineering with 10–12 years of overall experience including 7–10 years in a relevant role.
•You’ll have proven experience managing large-scale operational or mission-critical IT systems with complex integrations.
•You’ll have knowledge and awareness of Total Airport Management (TAM), Resource management and optimization solutions, Passenger processing and wayfinding solutions, Stakeholder Collaboration and Realtime monitoring solutions, Digital Twin for operational excellence, Prediction and flow modeling solutions, Queue management systems, Biometric system and solutions, Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) and Airport Operations Plan (AOP), Demand Capacity Balancing (DCB) concepts and platforms.
•You’ll have a solid background in technology leadership, product ownership, and aviation domain expertise.
•You’ll have expertise in system integration, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
•You’ll have experience in delivering strategic initiatives in complex, high-pressure environments.
•You’ll have excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
