Requirements

Candidates must have a college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in product management or a related role is required, along with proficiency in backlog management and product development lifecycles.

Job Summary:

Defines vision and roadmap for a product or a subset of capabilities within a product, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and market trends. Manages the execution of product priorities; maintains conceptual and technical integrity of the product capability, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to maximize product value and impact for the team. Act as the voice of the customer in planning sessions and related events.

Key Responsibilities:

Define the product vision/priorities aligning with business needs and representing the voice of the customer. Conducts market research, user interviews, and data analysis to inform product decisions, define personas and their pain points ensuring these insights inform product requirements and solution development. Translates business needs into clearly defined and prioritized backlog with user stories, defects, enablers and acceptance criteria. Accepts user stories as done, including validation of the stories meeting acceptance criteria, has appropriate acceptance tests, and complies with the Definition of Done (DoD); Support user acceptance testing and ensure features meet business and quality standards before release. Partners with the Scrum Master to drive continuous improvement. Assists in ensuring compliance with InfoSec, legal, and data privacy standards by supporting documentation and review processes. Participates in synchronization ceremonies, iteration retrospectives, inspect and adapt workshops and team meetings to stay informed on cross-team dependencies and initiatives. Oversee and track key team performance metrics, KPIs and objectives and key results (OKRs) to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with business owner and other stakeholders as necessary to define product goals, success metrics, and roadmap priorities. Financially responsible for the product or the product capabilities - all aspects, planning and managing.
