This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Technology Platform based in the United States.

This senior product leadership role owns the vision, strategy, and roadmap for technology platforms and developer experience capabilities that help engineering teams build, deploy, and operate software efficiently and securely. You will treat developers as customers, identifying friction across the software development lifecycle and turning those insights into scalable platform investments. Working closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Platform teams, you will drive measurable improvements in productivity, adoption, delivery performance, and operational excellence. The role combines strategic product leadership with a strong technical foundation and requires comfort navigating architecture, cloud platforms, CI/CD, automation, observability, and developer tooling. You will use data and business outcomes to prioritize investments, manage tradeoffs, and demonstrate ROI. Accountabilities

  • Own the vision, product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for developer experience, technology platforms, tools, and capabilities that enable efficient and secure software delivery.
  • Drive prioritization across competing business and technical demands, making clear tradeoffs aligned with enterprise priorities and long-term value.
  • Define measurable outcomes, success metrics, adoption indicators, and ROI frameworks for platform initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain roadmap structures and sequencing using Aha or similar roadmapping tools, while coordinating execution and dependencies through Azure DevOps.
  • Partner with Engineering and technology leaders to maximize platform reuse, composability, scalability, maintainability, and enterprise-wide leverage.
  • Identify and develop AI and automation use cases, establishing success metrics, evaluation criteria, governance requirements, and appropriate security guardrails.
  • Embed built-and-run expectations across platform initiatives, including instrumentation, telemetry, service-level objectives, adoption readiness, and support readiness.
  • Lead platform launches, rollout strategies, and adoption programs to ensure new capabilities deliver sustained and measurable business and engineering outcomes.
  • Facilitate complex stakeholder discussions and executive decision forums through structured communication, clear documentation, and effective alignment.
  • Mentor Product Managers and Analysts, strengthening standards for product clarity, metrics, value definition, prioritization, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate across technical and business functions to continuously identify opportunities to reduce developer friction and improve technology experiences.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in technical product management, platform strategy, enterprise technology, or a closely related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Strong technical understanding of modern software engineering practices, including application development, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, developer tooling, automation, observability, and platform engineering.
  • Ability to participate confidently in technical discussions, evaluate architectural tradeoffs, understand code-level workflows, and translate developer needs into strategic product investments.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture or platform governance models is preferred.
  • Experience with Aha or another product roadmapping platform and Azure DevOps is preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience creating technical or process diagrams using tools such as Visio or Draw.io are preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management is highly desirable.
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present recommendations and outcomes to executive audiences.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making abilities, with a demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and communicate tradeoffs effectively.
  • A curious, innovative mindset and willingness to explore AI and emerging technologies to improve processes, reduce friction, and enhance patient and client experiences.
  • Experience working collaboratively across Engineering, Security, Architecture, Product, and other technology functions.
  • Ability to work remotely while remaining willing and able to travel to client, temporary, or corporate locations when business needs require.
