Position: Senior Flutter Developer

Department: Information Technology

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join our Technology & Product team in Lahore and Karachi.

In this role, you will be a key contributor to building a scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile banking app for Android and iOS. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams within agile squads to deliver impactful digital banking experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain production-grade mobile applications using Flutter & Dart

Architect scalable and maintainable solutions using BLoC, Riverpod, or similar patterns

Integrate and manage REST APIs and Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics)

Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues (e.g., onboarding drop-offs, API bottlenecks)

Collaborate within Agile/Scrum squads to deliver features iteratively

Conduct code reviews and enforce clean architecture standards

Manage app releases on Google Play Store and Apple App Store

Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical direction

Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and Shariah-compliant requirements

Requirements

Technical Skills

3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart

Strong command of state management frameworks (BLoC, Riverpod, Provider)

Experience with Firebase tools (Auth, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics)

Expertise in REST API integration

Familiarity with MVVM / Clean Architecture

Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews

Experience deploying apps to Play Store & App Store

Knowledge of testing frameworks (unit, widget, integration testing)

Experience in performance optimization and profiling

Ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience building onboarding flows and KYC journeys

Experience & Education

3–7 years of professional mobile development experience

At least 2 live apps on Play Store/App Store (links required)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent

Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated environments is a strong plus

Prior experience in Agile product team structures preferred

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Islamic finance / Shariah-compliant products

Familiarity with SBP digital banking regulations or RAAST integration

Experience with Firebase Remote Config and A/B testing

Strong understanding of UX and accessibility standards

Contributions to open-source Flutter projects / GitHub presence
