This is a role within CG's Engineering group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Define, scope, and drive multiple lower to medium complexity projects to conclusion, partnering with the Engineering Manager/Director and cross-functional stakeholders., and (ii) Maintain the source of truth for your program's commitments, dependencies, and status. Requires 4+ years of related experience; Experience leading a project/projects end-to-end, Experience in an Engineering environment strongly preferred and a minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering. Business, or related field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define, scope, and drive program/multiple projects concurrently to conclusion, partnering with the Engineering Manager/Director and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain the source of truth for your program's commitments, dependencies, and status.
- Help translate business requirements into engineering tasks and timelines for your program, flagging tradeoffs to your manager.
- Maintain the dashboards and status updates that give your manager and immediate stakeholders visibility into your program's health.
- Track your program's resourcing against committed scope; resolve conflicts within your project team, and escalate when needed.
- Keep your program's plan and status clearly communicated to the immediate team and stakeholders; build consensus within your program's scope.
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
- Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering. Business, or related field
- 4+ years of related experience;
- Experience leading a project/projects end-to-end
- Experience in an Engineering environment strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to own a project from scoping through delivery.
- Comfortable with agile/scrum tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- Clear written and verbal communication, tailored to the audience.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineers and partners outside your immediate team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong technical background — able to engage with engineers on tradeoffs and constraints
- Background in firmware, electrical, hardware-software integration, or embedded/IoT systems.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), Kubernetes, or GitOps.

The pay range for this position is $85,500.00 - $162,975.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
