This is a remote position.
- Lead the full end-to-end solution design and delivery.
- Collaborate with solution architects and tech leads to design solutions that adhere to requirements and regulations.
- Work alongside the Project Management team to deliver the actual solution.
- Support Quality Assurance (QA) and Development teams through to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Interact heavily with customers, leading requirements solicitations, training sessions, and product demos.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering large technical solutions.
- Strong standalone capabilities, as the team structure primarily relies on a single BA to lead individual projects.
- Willingness and ability to work on long-term projects (minimum 6 months, usually 12-18 months).
- 3 to 5 years of direct experience as a Business Analyst, preferably as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical/Systems Analyst.
- End-to-End Leadership: Ability to act as the single, primary BA leading large technical solutions from start to finish.
- Customer-Facing Skills: Significant experience interacting with customers, leading solicitations, and conducting training or demos.
- Architectural Collaboration: Experience working directly with solution architects and technical leads to design solutions based on requirements and regulations.
- Project Management Balancing: Ability to balance multiple long-term projects concurrently, typically lasting 12 to 18 months.
