Your role at Clorox:

Accountable for building and scaling trusted performance management and process intelligence capabilities across Global Business Services (GBS). Operating at the intersection of Business, GBS, and Enterprise Data & Technology (EDT), the role transforms business priorities into measurable outcomes through standardized KPI frameworks, enterprise reporting, process intelligence, and decision-ready analytics. This role is responsible for defining and governing performance insights across functional domains while enabling leaders to understand not only what happened, but why it happened, what actions are required, and where value can be realized. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on analytical depth and is expected to lead through influence while providing practical support for data validation, KPI design, reporting architecture, process diagnostics, and solution acceleration when required. The position will partner closely with Business stakeholders, Global Process Owners, EDT, and external delivery partners to establish scalable, governed, and reusable capabilities that improve business performance, process visibility, and enterprise decision making. This aligns with the Digital Hub and AiM operating model where analytics, process intelligence, and managed capabilities work together to drive measurable business value.

In this role, you will:

Key Responsibilities

Own and scale the GBS Performance Intelligence capability, including KPI frameworks, reporting standards, governance models, semantic layers, performance dashboards, and measurement methodologies.

Define and govern enterprise performance metrics, ensuring consistency, integrity, lineage, and adoption across functions and stakeholder groups.

Translate business requirements into scalable analytics, reporting, and process intelligence solutions that support operational and executive decision-making.

Lead vendor and partner delivery activities including scope definition, quality assurance, acceptance criteria, governance, and transition to operational ownership.

Enable process intelligence across critical business processes by leveraging process diagnostics, root-cause analysis, conformance insights, and value realization frameworks.

Provide hands-on technical leadership for data validation, KPI reconciliation, process analysis, issue resolution, and solution acceleration where necessary .

Drive adoption, value realization, and lifecycle management for performance and intelligence products and capabilities.

Establish reusable practices, standards, and playbooks to ensure sustainable capability growth and scalability across GBS.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA business processes and related reporting environments
  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • Experience working with process intelligence or process mining platforms such as Celonis
  • Exposure to Denodo, Databricks, or modern enterprise data platforms
  • Experience within GBS or shared services environments
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement disciplines
  • Familiarity with APQC frameworks and benchmarking methodologies
  • Product management experience including roadmaps, prioritization, backlog management, and value tracking
