Business Analyst - 18 month FTC
Support business change initiatives through analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
Key Accountabilities of the role – What I do:-
Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
Support business process mapping and improvement initiatives.
Produce user stories, process models and functional specifications.
Support testing, change management and implementation activities.
Provide 1st & 2nd line support activities for Enterprise Applications
Responsible for articulation and maintenance of process architecture
