Position Overview
Fincons US is seeking a Product Analyst to support audience analytics, campaign activation, marketing measurement, and customer data initiatives. This role will partner with Marketing, Product, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams to build audience segments, improve campaign performance, and support modern marketing technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, validate, and optimize audience segments for marketing campaigns.
- Support campaign activation and audience measurement across marketing platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking.
- Support Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiatives and audience workflows.
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot audience or activation issues.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve marketing data products and automation.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, audience strategy, data analytics, or marketing operations.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large customer datasets.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift).
- Familiarity with CDPs, audience segmentation, marketing activation, and campaign measurement.
- Experience with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python, dbt, or modern analytics engineering tools.
- Exposure to machine learning, propensity modeling, or predictive analytics.
- Experience with data quality, monitoring, and workflow automation.
