We are looking for a passionate Assistant Product Manager to build digital products that customers love. In this role, you will drive the development of our e-shop and optimize our fan engagement ecosystems, including The Makers by MakerVille and the MIRROR Official Fan Club. You will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver company vision, elevate customer experience, and drive growth.
Your New Role:
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for digital products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning and roadmap development
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
- Analyze market data to develop strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
- Collaborate closely with legal, compliance, engineering, design, event management, and artist management teams to streamline development, QA, and product releases
What makes you succeed:
- Master or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Information Systems, Communication or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in digital product management, preferably in entertainment, media, or consumer industries
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Demonstrated success managing all aspects of a digital product throughout its entire lifecycle.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
