Main Requirements:
- Bring experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met
- Act as a bridge between departments to streamline communication and workflows
- Implement and optimize processes for maximum efficiency
- Track project progress and adjust plans as needed
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project execution
- Assist in organizing company-wide initiatives, events, and process improvements
- Maintain an organized, structured work environment for the team
- Remove roadblocks and take on administrative tasks to support leadership and advisors
