Location: Washington, DC Clearance: Active TS/SCI Required Position Type: Full-Time

AERMOR is seeking a Journeyman Data Analyst to support a mission-critical national security program focused on Mission Assurance, enterprise risk management, and data-driven decision support. The selected candidate will leverage Government-directed enterprise data platforms, including Palantir, to analyze complex datasets, develop analytical products, and support executive decision-making through enterprise reporting, risk analysis, and operational insights. This position requires an analytical professional capable of working independently while collaborating with Government stakeholders to improve Mission Assurance processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities:  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to support Mission Assurance, operational risk management, and enterprise decision-making.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, visualizations, and analytical products using Government-directed enterprise data platforms.
  • Prepare executive briefings, tasking packages, decision-support materials, and recurring reports for Government leadership.
  • Support identification, analysis, and monitoring of operational risks, mission dependencies, and critical assets.
  • Assist in developing and evaluating mitigation strategies, courses of action (COAs), and return-on-investment (ROI) analyses supporting mission objectives.
  • Support data integration, validation, quality assurance, and governance activities across multiple data sources.
  • Collaborate with Government stakeholders to gather requirements and develop analytical products that improve situational awareness and operational effectiveness.
  • Support workflow automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and consistency of analytical processes.
  • Maintain technical documentation, analytical methodologies, and supporting artifacts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 3–10 years of professional experience in data analytics, data science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Current Palantir AI Certification is required.
  • Experience analyzing complex datasets and developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Experience utilizing enterprise data platforms to support analytics, reporting, workflow enablement, and decision support.
  • Experience preparing executive-level briefing materials and analytical products.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.

Salary Range: $135,000-$170,000/yr
