Job Description:

About the Role:

The QA Auditor is responsible for testing and inspecting products during production to make sure they meet quality standards. This includes checking materials, in-process products, and finished goods. The role involves gathering and analyzing data to ensure products are reliable and of good quality. The QA Auditor also follows company procedures to ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are maintained throughout the production process.

You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

  • Perform physical and chemical testing on retail products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct routine sampling and auditing of retail and industrial packaging materials and raw ingredients for quality and specification adherence
  • Input and manage test results in the Laboratory Data Management System (LDMS) accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and complete Certificates of Analysis (COA) for outbound shipments.
  • Perform real-time, in-process quality checks and laboratory tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 3rd shift, which operates Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Shift differential included. The wage range for this position is $24.60–$24.85 per hour, with $24.60 as the starting rate and $24.85 as the full rate. This posting is for a newly created role that is not currently vacant.

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school background preferred.
  • Experience in food manufacturing, preferably in an aseptic processing environment.
