As a Java Microservices+EJB+Banking/Insurance+Banking/Insurance - Manager, you will lead the development of innovative software solutions within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance. You will design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality work, leveraging their unique strengths and managing performance to meet client expectations. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, leading with integrity and authenticity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation - Managing and mentoring teams to enhance performance and deliver exceptional client service - Designing, coding, and testing applications using Java, Microservices, and EJB to revolutionize industries - Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and confirming seamless architecture - Utilizing API Management and Application Lifecycle Management to optimize software development processes - Conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards to improve software quality - Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and deliver tailored solutions - Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software deployment - Engaging in strategic planning and execution to align software projects with business objectives - Encouraging team members to develop skills outside their comfort zones and embrace technology and innovation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 8 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
