- Support business analysis activities by translating needs into deliverables, decision files, requirements, roadmaps and implementation follow-up.
- Contribute to change, adoption and knowledge transfer by preparing communication material, operating documentation, handover packages and training support.
- Promote structured decision-making based on business value, technical feasibility, risks, impacts and implementation priorities.
As an ideal candidate you have:
- 5+ years of proven experience leading transversal IT, Data Office or digital transformation projects in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to structure governance, manage stakeholders, monitor delivery and communicate effectively at operational and steering committee level.
- Solid understanding of information system transformation, application portfolio rationalization and technology alignment.
- Experience working with enterprise architects, data teams, integration teams, security stakeholders and business application owners.
- Ability to structure application assessments, identify overlaps, prepare decision matrices and coordinate execution roadmaps.
- Strong analytical and business analysis capabilities, with the ability to translate complex needs into clear deliverables and pragmatic implementation plans.
