Serving as the strategic bridge between Product and the go-to-market organization, this leader will help shape the evolution of the PetScreening platform as the company expands into new markets and verticals.
By translating market insights into compelling positioning and commercialization strategies, this role will articulate the value of PetScreening's growing product ecosystem and ensure the company's platform vision is consistently communicated across audiences, driving adoption, differentiation, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute product marketing plans for products, platform capabilities, and integrations delivered through the Product and Engineering roadmap. Establish differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate across customer segments while aligning with the company's broader brand and business strategy.

Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and commercialization for new products, feature enhancements, integrations, and strategic initiatives prioritized by product and engineering.. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful launches, coordinated communications, and organizational readiness.
Market Intelligence & Customer Insights
Lead competitive intelligence, customer research, voice-of-customer initiatives, and market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and strengthen the company's competitive position. Translate market insights into actionable recommendations that influence product strategy, messaging, pricing, packaging, and roadmap priorities.
Sales Enablement
Own the tools, messaging frameworks, battle cards, demos, and training that enable Sales and Customer Success to position and sell PetScreening’s products and platform effectively. Ensure Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing have consistent, compelling resources that improve customer conversations and commercial effectiveness.

Help position PetScreening as the leading authority in pet identity, compliance, and resident intelligence through strategic messaging, executive presentations, industry content, analyst engagement, and speaking opportunities. Support the continued evolution of the company's platform narrative as new capabilities and markets emerge.
AI Understanding & Positioning
Build a strong working understanding of PetScreening's AI-native capabilities—agentic partner integrations, automated accommodation review, and identity and scoring models—and translate them into clear, credible, jargon-free positioning for property managers and residents. Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure AI-driven features are represented accurately and framed around customer outcomes rather than the underlying technology, and track how competitors and the broader PropTech market position AI so PetScreening's narrative stays differentiated
