The FP&A Systems & Reporting Analyst is a highly visible role responsible for driving excellence across financial systems administration, master data governance, enterprise reporting, and FP&A business partnering.

This position serves as the organization's primary OneStream administrator and reporting expert, ensuring the integrity, reliability, and scalability of financial and operational data used to support decision-making across the business. The role owns key finance master data, develops and maintains critical reporting and KPI dashboards, and partners directly with functional leaders to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with technical expertise, bringing a passion for systems optimization, data governance, process improvement, and actionable business insights.

This a remote position, our candidate is ideally based in Spain, Czechia, Italy or Portugal.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

OneStream System Administration & Ownership

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the OneStream platform.
  • Own administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the OneStream application, including metadata, workflows, reporting solutions, and system configurations.
  • Manage user security, roles, access provisioning, and periodic access reviews in accordance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards, Cube Views, reporting packages, business rules, and workflow processes.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close, forecasting, and planning cycles within OneStream.
  • Partner with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades, and deliver system enhancements.
  • Drive process automation initiatives that improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and governance procedures.

Master Data Governance & Data Integrity

  • Own finance master data and operational hierarchies
  • Manage the end-to-end master data change process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely implementation.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards and controls.
  • Perform regular audits and reviews to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.

Reporting, Analytics & KPI Ownership

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated management reporting, dashboards, and performance scorecards.
  • Own reporting and governance for key financial and operational KPI metrics.
  • Develop standardized executive reporting packages supporting company leadership.
  • Deliver insightful analysis that combines financial and non-financial performance metrics.
  • Ensure reporting consistency across planning, forecasting, actuals, and management reporting.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and simplification.
  • Provide ad-hoc FP&A support across the organization, including financial analysis, scenario modeling, business case support, leadership requests, and special projects as needed.

Process Improvement & Controls

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across FP&A systems, reporting, and planning processes.
  • Support internal audit, SOX, and compliance activities relating to financial systems and master data controls.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for key finance processes and reporting methodologies.
  • Promote best practices for financial data management and reporting governance.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Systems, Finance Transformation, Business Analytics, or Financial Reporting.
  • Hands-on experience administering OneStream or a comparable EPM platform.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience developing management reporting and executive dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large data sets and complex reporting environments.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • OneStream certification or advanced OneStream administration experience.
  • Experience supporting SOX-controlled environments.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting global organizations and multi-currency reporting environments.
