Position Summary

As Solution Delivery Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge XR software solutions for global leaders in the life sciences sector. You will turn client needs and strategic objectives into immersive XR experiences that deliver measurable value and lasting impact - ensuring that innovation directly supports our clients’ scientific and business goals.   With guidance from Senior members of the Solution Delivery Team, you are the link between world-class life-science organizations and our multidisciplinary development teams. You will coordinate and guide those teams day-to-day, driving alignment, setting clear priorities, and maintaining rigorous execution standards while anticipating and mitigating risks.    You will thrive in a fast-moving, customer-centric and innovation-driven environment where your commitment to excellence and passion for emerging XR technologies will unlock the full potential of this transformative technology, creating lasting impact for global life-science leaders. Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex client XR software projects, ensuring successful outcomes from initiation through completion.
  • Create and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets in line with company standards and client requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional internal teams day-to-day, ensuring priorities are clear and execution is dependable.
  • Foster strong client relationships through clear, professional communication and transparent project reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate risks early, implementing practical solutions to keep projects on scope, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Track and report progress continuously, providing transparent updates on performance and key milestones to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology, Economics, a scientific discipline, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing software project or product management.
  • Ability to lead performance-driven, cross-functional, international teams while setting a strong professional example.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
  • Background in science, the medical or pharmaceutical industry, or hands-on experience with VR/XR/MR technologies is a plus.
