The Opportunity: The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) is the leading the way in digitizing all physical and multi-media records. We are looking for highly motivated individual to become the Database Administrator utilizing the NRO’s records manager tool, HP Content Manager.

Responsibilities: Provide technical system administration support to IMSO in accordance with Federal laws and regulations Support the daily administration of HP Content Manager, including providing engineering/configuration support of software patches, upgrades, access controls, migrations, and troubleshooting application issues. Create and maintain system documentations. Work with NRO systems engineering support and vendors to identify requirements and ensure seamless upgrades/modifications and system performance. Write and submit service requests and trouble tickets. Develop training courses and provide systems/software training for users. Provide routine technical and administrative support for IMSO websites and SharePoint Stay full conversant with existing information technology used.

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Security + certification
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Personnel performing function for Records and Information Management Program Support shall have a Bachelor’s Degree in an IT/Computer Science Field or 5 years relevant experience;
  • Tableau
  • Personnel shall have experience as IT Analyst, Database Manager, or similar IT-focused position
  • Personnel shall be proficient working with Microsoft Office applications.
  • The individual must be proficient in technical writing

Desired:

  • Experience with Oracle, SQL
  • Security + Certification
  • Experience in records and information management
  • Experience with HP Content Manager tool
  • Experience working on NRO system

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$86,600 - $181,800
