About the Job
Signal & Strand is partnering with a leading global technology company to appoint a Senior Product Marketing Manager. This role owns go-to-market strategy and narrative for a product line or category, bridging global positioning with strong regional execution.
This person will lead cross-functional planning for major launches, guide and mentor junior team members, and act as a key partner to Product, Brand, and Revenue teams in bringing differentiated products to market.
The Mandate
- Own go-to-market strategy and messaging for a defined product line or category
- Drive a disciplined, ROI-oriented approach to launch planning and budget management within the category
- Shape category-level narrative and positioning consistent with the global messaging architecture
- Guide and support regional teams in executing launch plans effectively
- Mentor and provide guidance to product marketing managers and cross-functional partners
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy for major launches and line extensions within an assigned category
- Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions for the category, ensuring alignment with the global narrative
- Manage and report on launch budgets, balancing investment against growth objectives
- Review launch plans for scale, clarity, and expected return on investment, providing guidance to junior marketers
- Translate consumer and competitive insights into differentiated positioning recommendations
- Partner with Product Management, Brand & Creative, Growth/Revenue, and Marketing Operations on integrated launch plans
- Collaborate with regional commercial leaders to ensure effective local execution
- Mentor and support product marketing managers, contributing to team development and best practices
- Define and track KPIs and OKRs for launches within the category, evaluating performance against investment and outcomes
Ideal Profile
- 7-10 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a global technology or consumer electronics environment
- Experience owning go-to-market strategy for a product line or category
- Exposure to managing product launch budgets and investment decisions
- Strong understanding of eCommerce, including Amazon and digital retail ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Brand, and Commercial teams
- Experience mentoring or informally leading junior marketers
- Strong expertise in product positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market execution
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and outcomes

- Hybrid work model with regular in-office collaboration and occasional travel as needed
Compensation
Base Compensation Range: $140,000 - $175,000 USD + Bonus
