Key Responsibilities

  • Leading PLM platform management activities and ensuring platform availability
  • Managing incidents, requests, monitoring alerts, RCA / 8D follow-up and operational reporting
  • Supporting infrastructure and application maintenance, including provisioning, securization, OS / DB patching, certificates, licenses and access management
  • Improving and maintaining monitoring dashboards and alerts using tools such as ELK, Jenkins, Splunk, OvO, ServiceNow or equivalent
  • Planning and supporting 3DEXPERIENCE platform upgrades, including configuration, data migration, issue resolution and lessons learned
  • Supervising DevOps activities, including automation improvements, deployments, database refreshes and post-deployment smoke / MATC testing
  • Maintaining knowledge base, runbooks and weekly / monthly reporting on platform health, automation gains, incidents, risks and improvements
