Commercial Cards – Large Business sits within the Everyday Business Banking Cards & Loyalty Crew and is responsible for the strategy, development and ongoing management of CommBank's Commercial Cards portfolio, including Corporate Credit and Charge Cards, Procurement Management Accounts (PMA), Virtual Cards and Prepaid Cards. Our team manages the end-to-end product lifecycle, balancing strategic product development with day-to-day product management, operational excellence, risk management and continuous improvement. We work closely with teams across Business Banking, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and frontline distribution to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional customer outcomes.

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Commercial Cards portfolio while ensuring our products continue to operate safely, efficiently and in line with customer and regulatory expectations.
No two days are the same. You'll combine strategic product initiatives with hands-on product management, partnering across the organisation to identify opportunities, solve complex problems and continually improve our products, processes and customer experience.
Key accountabilities
- Support the day-to-day management of the Corporate Cards portfolio, ensuring strong operational performance and customer outcomes.
- Manage product enquiries, operational issues and complex customer matters across multiple stakeholders.
- Analyse customer insights, market trends and product performance to inform priorities and product decisions.
- Identify process and product improvement opportunities, driving simplification and continuous improvement.
- Identify & deliver product enhancements and strategic initiatives from concept through to implementation.
- Manage product risks, controls and governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes and implement sustainable remediation and control improvements.
- Maintain product documentation, governance artefacts and operating procedures.
- Build strong relationships across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk and frontline teams to deliver better customer outcomes.
We’re interested in hearing from people who have
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Cards, payments or transaction banking products
- Demonstrated Product Management experience within financial services or another regulated environment.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and technical capability.
- Experience managing complex stakeholders and delivering through cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.
- Confidence working through ambiguity, change, and competing priorities.
- A relevant university qualification.
- A strong risk mindset and commitment to proactive risk management.
