Contract Business Analyst, 6 months, Hybrid/Oxford

What you’ll bring to the table:
- Analyse and document As-Is Product Recall processes across Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand existing processes, challenges and pain points.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams to define To-Be processes.
- Document and communicate current and future-state processes clearly.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Customer Services.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments and ensure their requirements are understood and captured.
- Ask the right questions to challenge existing processes and uncover underlying requirements.
- Support the business in transitioning from current processes to the agreed future state.
