This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Systems Analyst based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of business strategy, technology, data, and operational improvement. You will support complex client engagements by researching markets, analyzing business performance, and translating strategic objectives into actionable requirements. Working across business and technical teams, you will help shape products, tools, dashboards, and processes that improve organizational performance. The position combines analytical problem-solving with hands-on collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and client-facing responsibilities. You will work with data and visualization technologies to turn complex information into clear insights and measurable performance indicators. Accountabilities

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, business opportunities, emerging technologies, and potential risks.
  • Support strategic planning by analyzing industry benchmarks, customer needs, market dynamics, and business performance.
  • Translate strategic objectives into clearly defined business requirements, performance measures, and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with product managers and technical teams to define product features, roadmaps, user stories, and development priorities.
  • Analyze product usage data and stakeholder feedback to identify enhancement opportunities and support innovation initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of digital tools and platforms, including PowerApps, SharePoint, and Power BI, for project tracking and performance management.
  • Collect, validate, organize, and analyze financial, operational, and customer data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and related analytical tools.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, making complex analytical information accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops, lessons-learned sessions, and strategic alignment meetings to support effective decision-making.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and clients to maintain alignment around objectives, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support change management initiatives and the adoption of new processes, technologies, and analytical tools.
  • Participate in client engagements and project-related activities requiring up to 10% travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in business analysis, consulting, product development, strategy, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify patterns, evaluate alternatives, and develop practical recommendations.
  • Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, strategic planning, or business-performance analysis.
  • Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process-improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, metrics, reports, and actionable solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to facilitate discussions, build alignment, and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work directly with clients and contribute to varied projects across different industries.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or hold valid U.S. Green Card status.
