DIMETRA Engineering department delivers the Mission Critical Communication System starting from the definition of system requirements via implementation and customer support. As a Cybersecurity Architect in our team, your work will revolve around these 7 key areas:
- Security Standards Compliance: Direct and ensure strict alignment with key international security standards, specifically CRA (Cyber Resilience Act), MRA, NIST, STIG etc.
- Customer Security Requirements Analysis: Conduct deep, technical analysis of complex DIMETRA customer security requirements to ensure compliance and support solution proposals.
- Risk Management: Drive risk management and mitigation strategies across the product software lifecycle.
- Vulnerability Lifecycle Management: Lead and drive the DIMETRA vulnerability lifecycles for customers, products, and regulatory frameworks.
- Cybersecurity Roadmap for DIMETRA: Define and own the overall Cybersecurity Roadmap, driving the strategy and development of advanced Security Features for the DIMETRA platform.
- Continuity of Supply for SW Component: Maintain secure lifecycles and evaluate vulnerabilities for all integrated third-party software (SW) components.
- Product Security Review, Threat Modelling, and Cooperation with DIMETRA Product Cybersecurity Champions: Perform core product security reviews and threat modeling in close synchronization with, and steering, our network of Product Cybersecurity Champions.

Basic Requirements
- Security Expertise: Expert-level knowledge across cybersecurity fields, threat modeling, architectures, and secure communication protocols.
- Compliance & Standards: 3 years experience aligning complex software platforms with security standards such as CRA, STIGs, NIST, BSI etc.
- Domain Knowledge: Required knowledge in LMR/Communication Networks Infrastructure.
- Vulnerability & Risk Management: Experience managing software vulnerability lifecycles and mitigating supply chain risks.
- Leadership & Influence: Strong collaboration skills and ability to act as a key stakeholder and steer a network of security-focused professionals.
Would be a plus:
- Communication System Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with Application Servers, communication protocols and security features.
- Champion Background: Prior experience serving as a Product Security Champion or leading decentralized security champion programs.
