Your role:

As a Regulatory Business Transformation Project Analyst within GES, you will operate at the intersection of Regulatory Affairs and Project Management, with a split of responsibilities across both domains. You will be a key contributor to ensuring product launches for our Life Science Business are executed on time, while also driving operational excellence through structured project delivery and proactive performance management.

 

Regulatory Affairs (50%)

  • Collaborate with global Product Management, Regulatory, and external teams to ensure accurate, on-time product launches.
  • Gather, consolidate, and validate compositional, physical, and regulatory data for assessments and hazardous characterization.
  • Partner with internal processing teams to ensure regulatory decisions are correctly applied across the product lifecycle.

 

Project Management (50%)

  • Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, meeting milestones, timelines, and stakeholder commitments.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, flag risks early, and develop improvement plans with clear actions and owners.
  • Prepare status reports and executive updates, translating data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Apply project management methodologies to track tasks, manage risks, and coordinate across cross-functional teams.

 

Who you are:

  • Master's degree in Natural Sciences or a related field
  • 5+ years in Regulatory Affairs and Project Management
  • Experienced in KPI monitoring, performance analysis, and data-driven improvement planning
  • Proficient in SAP, JIRA, Palantir, and Microsoft 365
  • Strong communicator with proven stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven, problem solver and critical thinker, collaborative, and able to influence without authority.
