We are looking for a Business Analyst Trainee, based in Matosinhos, to join our Assortment Analytics team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

You will join a team that works closely with Commercial and Operations teams and is responsible for supporting MC in developing customer-centric assortments, while streamlining and standardizing assortment review and maintenance processes.

One thing is certain: there will be no shortage of diverse responsibilities and exciting challenges!

• Support the definition of assortment strategies across different product categories;

• Anticipate and interpret market trends and develop insights;

• Monitor key business indicators (e.g., sales, margin, market share);

• Apply data analysis techniques and conduct analyses to support strategic projects;

• Communicate and share analytical solutions with different stakeholders and implement improvements when necessary.

Bring with you...

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, Mathematics, or related fields;

• English language skills;

• Knowledge of Excel and Power BI;

• Knowledge of SQL and Python will be valued;

• Organizational skills;

• Dynamism and proactivity;

• Critical thinking;

• Strong analytical skills.
